FAQ
When should I book my Matric Farewell session?
As soon as possible!
Matric Farewell season is extremely busy and dates fill up quickly. Bookings are confirmed on a first come, first served basis once your contract and booking fee are received.
Do I have to do my shoot on the same day as my farewell?
Not at all — and I actually recommend doing your session on a separate day before your farewell. This allows for a much more relaxed experience without time pressure, traffic, or rushing to get to your event.
How do I secure my booking?
Your session is secured with a signed contract and booking fee. Unfortunately, no dates can be held without this.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Flexible payment plans are available to make things easier. You’re welcome to chat to me and we can arrange an option that suits you best.
What happens if I’m late?
Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Late arrival will unfortunately reduce your shooting time, as there are often multiple sessions booked per day
Can I change my date or location after booking?
Due to the high demand during this season, dates and timeslots cannot be rescheduled once booked.
Locations are also pre-selected and cannot be changed once confirmed, to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.
When will I receive my photos?
You will receive a few sneak peeks within 5 days, and your final edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks after you’ve made your selection.
